She serves as the internal Global Talent Development leader, contributes to the design of client-specific programs, and writes and participates in research projects on behalf of CCL in the area of talent development and employee engagement. She has partnered with numerous global organizations to develop human capital solutions in the areas of talent development; succession planning; leadership development; sales force effectiveness; engagement/climate surveys; training design; competency modeling; selection/assessment, and executive coaching. Kathryn also has operational experience, having led three black belt projects in business reorganization for large global banking and professional services organizations. Among other publications, her article “Survival of the fittest: Creating a committed and engaged workforce” appeared in World at Work. She has also presented at numerous global and local conferences. Prior to joining the Center, Kathryn was a Vice President and Director at three global consulting firms (Taylor Nelson Sofres, Market Probe, and The Gallup Organization,), the Director of Talent Development and Learning for Manpower’s global headquarters, and a research manager for Kimberly Clark’s new product division.Kathryn received a BA from St. Norbert College, an MA in Clinical/Developmental Psychology from the University of Nebraska and is currently finishing her dissertation.
